For more than forty years, the Rev. Dr. Betty Hanna-Witherspoon worked as an urban social planner and government and social agency executive. She also maintained her own consulting firm, The QPT Organization, for many years. Later in life, Dr. Betty served as an itinerant elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church and subsequently accepted a call to the ministry. Dr. Betty’s life will be celebrated at St. Paul AME Church, 1355 W. 21st Street, San Bernardino, CA on August 29, 2025, beginning at 2pm.
